One day after enrolling, all students of KU Leuven can automatically access Toledo with their username and password.

The second day for their contract, all staff members of KU Leuven can automatically access Toledo with their username and password.
Toledo as the common virtual learning environment of Association KU Leuven
Toledo started in September 2001 as the central learning environment for the KU Leuven. From September 2004 onwards, Toledo became the virtual learning environment for all 13 institutions of the Association KU Leuven.
