Did you know?

Last academic year, the Toledoteam launched a mobile version of the What's Recent. This application built by the Toledoteam displays notifications for courses and communities in which you are enrolled. We recommend you use the What's Recent to receive notifications because this tools interacts with other in house built applications like the Valventool. Blackboard Mobile only works with default Blackboard functionality.

Tips for staff

Mobile users will view and access the information inside courses and communities in a different way then users browsing Toledo with a regular PC or laptop. Teachers and assistants can keep this in mind when creating and editing items and course materials. Rule of thumb: keep the information simple and clear.

Scanning a QR code

A QR code is a square picture with block that functions as a barcode. By using special applications on mobile devices, you can scan these QR codes. The QR code will be translated to a URL (web address). The above codes link to the Blackboard Mobile™ Learn application inside the respective appstores of the shown devices. Below you will find a link to popular apps with which you can scan QR codes.

If you do not wish to install an application to scan the codes, you can simply browse the appstore on your device and search for Blackboard Mobile™ Learn.
